Monday 1st July – Introduction to Yoga Nidra 

Find your inner calm with a 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice…

Yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation. It’s an immensely powerful technique which promotes deep rest and relaxation, relieves stress and can help improve health conditions such as insomnia.

No previous experience of Yoga Nidra (or even yoga!) required. All levels welcome.

Workshop details:

19:00 Arrive and set up
19:15 Begin Yoga Nidra practice
Please bring a jumper, blankets, cushions…whatever makes you feel cosy (and so you stay warm as you’ll be stationary for a while)!

£7 per person (card payments not accepted)

No need to book
