I am a level 2 and 3 certified fitness instructor and personal trainer (REPS) with three years of experience working with clients in gyms.
Although I am not working at a gym anymore, I am still available for one to one and small group sessions. These are held either online (ZOOM), in outdoor spaces around Canterbury (weather permitting) or in your own home (providing you have the space). Prices of these vary depending on type of session and number of people.
