It’s a very weird, uncertain time at the moment for all of us. I’m a freelance yoga teacher which means, like many others, I have lost almost all my work within a very short space of time. However, I am staying as positive as I can (with the support of my wonderful family, friends and boyfriend) and I am determined to continue teaching as much as I possibly can!
I believe it is times like these when it is even more important to unite, to stay connected and to support one another. It is also crucial that we continue to take care of our mental and physical health, especially as the majority of us are now stuck at home.
With this in mind, I have created an online class timetable meaning we can all still link up and practise yoga together on a weekly basis. I have decided to make my classes donation based for now; this is a tricky time financially for all of us so please just give whatever you can afford!

HOW IT WORKS:
1.) Create a free online account with Zoom (via the app or a computer, preferably something with a camera/webcam).
2.) Send your donation via PayPal : email@example.com to book (let me know if you don’t have Paypal). Where it says ‘Add a note’ please write your email address and the class you are paying for.
3.) Once this has been received, I will email you the Zoom meeting ID code before the class starts.
4.) 5-10 mins before the class, click on “Join a meeting” on Zoom and type in the code I have given you. Make sure your mat is set up in a place where you can see the screen and hear me. During the class, please make sure your microphone is off to avoid any external sounds.
