Yoga Class Timetable Updates

Hello Yogis!

If you have been practising with me over the last few months, you’ll know that all my classes have been held on Zoom. It has been so amazing to be able to continue teaching despite the difficult circumstances; I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me.

I am super excited to be back teaching at gyms and studios now (hooray!) but I have decided to keep a few of my online classes running so you can still practise in your own home if you prefer.

MONDAY:

Please note: for any classes in studios/gyms, there are currently limited spaces due to the new regulations, so you will need to book in advance.

 

*HOW ZOOM CLASSES WORK:

These online classes donation based for now; this is a tricky time financially for all of us so please just give whatever you can afford!

1.) Create a free online account with Zoom (via the app or a computer, preferably something with a camera/webcam).
2.) Send your payment via PayPal : saskia@bodyinmind.blog to book (let me know if you don’t have Paypal). Where it says ‘Add a note’ please write your email address and the class you are paying for.
3.) Once this has been received, I will email you the Zoom meeting ID code before the class starts.
4.) 5-10 mins before the class, click on “Join a meeting” on Zoom and type in the code I have given you. Make sure your mat is set up in a place where you can see the screen and hear me. During the class, please make sure your microphone is off to avoid any external sounds.
