If you have been practising with me over the last few months, you’ll know that all my classes have been held on Zoom. It has been so amazing to be able to continue teaching despite the difficult circumstances; I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me 🙂
My online timetable will run for one more week so if you haven’t yet tried a class, now is the time!
MONDAY: Evening Vinyasa 18:00-19:00
WEDNESDAY: Restorative Yoga 19:00-20:00
THURSDAY: Core Yoga 10:00-10:45
FRIDAY: Evening Vinyasa 17:00-18:00
SUNDAY: Wake-Up to Yoga 09:15-10:15
(These online classes donation based for now; this is a tricky time financially for all of us so please just give whatever you can afford!)
From the 3rd August my timetable will be changing as classes will be back on in gyms and studios in Canterbury and Whitstable. However, I have decided to continue teaching two classes per week on Zoom*.
My new class timetable will be:
*HOW ZOOM CLASSES WORK:
1.) Create a free online account with Zoom (via the app or a computer, preferably something with a camera/webcam).
2.) Send your payment via PayPal : firstname.lastname@example.org to book (let me know if you don’t have Paypal). Where it says ‘Add a note’ please write your email address and the class you are paying for.
3.) Once this has been received, I will email you the Zoom meeting ID code before the class starts.
4.) 5-10 mins before the class, click on “Join a meeting” on Zoom and type in the code I have given you. Make sure your mat is set up in a place where you can see the screen and hear me. During the class, please make sure your microphone is off to avoid any external sounds.
