up a high number of calories without spending hours on a treadmill (which some people love but I can’t stand). It’s been proven to increase your metabolism, burn fat and the best thing? Below is a video of  a HIIT circuit I did last week, why not give it a go!

The aim is to do each exercise as fast as you can for 30 seconds, resting for 10-15 seconds between each one depending on your level of fitness.

The Circuit:

  • Skipping.
  • Kettlebell swings.

X 5 sets (15 rounds in total)

Good luck! 🙂
