Vlog: Top 5 Tips to Get You Started at the Gym

I’ve come to realise, particularly since I started working as a personal trainer, how common it is for people to feel really anxious about starting out at the gym. I’ve had a number of clients tell me in our consultations how they feel frustrated that a lack of confidence is preventing them from achieving their goals.

I decided to put together 5 of my top tips, in the form of a vlog, to help kickstart your fitness journey if you are in this position.
